Romania for Helsinki, Eurovision Song Contest 2007

The Romanian entry for the Eurovision Song Contest 2007 is a song recorded by Romanian group Todomondo, consisting of Andrei Ștefănescu, Ciro de Luca, Kamara Ghedi, Bogdan Taşcău, Valeriu Răileanu, and Vlad Creţu and the song was released as a CD single in 2007 by the Romanian Television (TVR).  The song is performed in six languages: English, Romanian, Spanish, Italian, French and Russian; being produce by Taşcău and co-wrote it with Creţu and Ghedi.

Todomondo initially named Locomondo passed the ‘Selecția Națională’ which was held by the TVR on the 10th of February 2007, after two semifinals organized on the  27th of January and 3rd of February. The song, “Liubi, Liubi, I Love You” (English translation: “Love, Love, I Love You”) win the national selection after gathering 22 points (where the televoting was combined with the jury panel).

Romania performed 20th on the occasion, came in the 13th position with 84 points as it shows below.
